As always, my visits with Dickinson & Branon are nothing less than fantastic. The most painless, professional visits ever. All the staff know you by name, a true family experience. I have always feared dental visits from years of bad experiences from other dental practices out of state. From my first visit with Dr. Dickinson Sr. to the receptionist, I’ve never experienced anything less than professionalism. If you’re ever in the need of a true professional dental visit, give them a call; you won’t regret it.

Invisalign has changed my life. I was told by a different orthodontist that I would not be a good candidate for Invisalign. At one point, I was told I would need four teeth extracted in order to get braces. Dr. Branon took a chance and changed my life forever. Normally I would never fully smile for pictures; I would hide my teeth and have been since I was a child. I’m glad I smiled in this picture: I think you can see why. What a difference!!

My experience is always delightful at Dickinson & Branon. They really care about me. They know me as person, who I am, what I am like. So they make sure that I am as comfortable as I can be. When my first hygienist left to move out of state, they made sure to get me another one that would fit perfectly with me. That shows me that they care about me. Being part of a military family growing up money was designated for only those items viewed as necessity. Unfortunately, during that time braces were seen as luxury not a necessity. Over time my teeth became so misaligned performing the simplest of tasks; eating, smiling, even speaking in front of others caused me to feel very uncomfortable. I was experiencing jaw pain, tightness, or tenderness more and more frequently, and my headaches were becoming more and more persistent. Now as an adult and responsible for my own dental care I sought out the advice from the staff at Dickinson and Branon who helped me realize that correcting my misaligned teeth, through Invisalign, would not only help me cosmetically, but could also alleviate some of the other symptoms I had been experiencing.

The staff was wonderful through the entire process, always upbeat and enthusiastic. From my first appointment with the financial advisor through each dental visit; they took the time to explain where I was at in the process, what to expect at the next visit, remind me how close I was to my final destination, and always finding time to answer questions that I may have.
After completing the 8 months of Invisalign trays my results are exactly where staff predicted I would be and I could not be happier! I feel like I’ve come a million miles from where I originally started. My teeth are straighter, my headaches and jaw pain are non-existent. Thanks to the expert guidance and knowledge of the staff at Dickinson and Branon I’ve gotten my confidence and my smile back.

The one thing I remember from those first visits, and what has set you apart from any dental office I have ever visited, was the utmost professionalism, friendliness, kindness, and genuine caring about my dental health that was displayed by the entire staff at Dickinson-Branon Dental….
When Dr. Dickinson, Sr. suggested using the Invisalign® and crown procedures to further correct and cosmetically enhance my teeth, I was at first skeptical … but because of the trust I have in you … we proceeded with the plan. I can’t really put into words how I feel when I look in the mirror and see these beautiful teeth.

I want to recognize Dickinson and Branon Dental Care for my fabulous new smile! The Invisalign process was easy, fast, invisible, and financially doable. I received a personal approach to the procedure & was so pleased with the attention to my care and any concerns I may have had along the way. Dr. Grace did a great job bringing me through the process, & I felt that I was receiving the best, most caring, and competent care possible. I had the rare occasion to also see Drs. Richard Sr. & Jr., and they too were as caring and as interested in my process as Dr. Grace. The office staff is also to be commended! They are always pleasant and helpful, whether it be in person or on the phone, and I enjoy seeing them on my visits. My new smile speaks for itself! I never thought my teeth could look like they do with such an easy process. I was always self-conscious about my smile, but no more!
